So is Rational Rose still the industry standard UML tool?

(Or am I just being taught something that people used to use, and the tech world has moved on to Visio?)

Edit: I'm not complaining, or anything. Regardless of which tool I learn with, UML is still UML. It's all transferable... I'm just curious if this is actually what companies are using.
