Pretty sure I've done some testing with Clam before and it didn't do very well. There is a product out there called
Immunet Protect that has teamed up with Clam AV. maybe give them a try. It is a cloud based AV product that is free. I think they have a paid version as well, but they do have a free version. Not sure if it is for business, but I believe it is free for all. They claim you can run it alongside any resident AV as well without issue.
