i think that the insurance issue is a big one. Given that she already had a well respected studio head write her a letter mid-shooting to tell her to smarten her act up, she's on thin ice. With all the financial troubles these studios are having, she's a high risk and replaceable star with declining drawing power at the box office. Why take the risk? Who would want to pay what are going to be very large premiums to have her on their set?

I don't think her career will be over, but I do think she'll be out of work for a fair bit of time in terms of new roles (she shot that porn star movie which will be released soon). The way she leads her life though, she'll be all weathered and not considered for starlet roles by that point in time.
