GTF, you fail again. And using Ad Hominem attacks to deflect attention from your hypocrisy only serves to dig yourself deeper in that holier-than-thou hole you're digging.

Yes, he has taken responsibility. If he HADN'T taken responsibility, he would be implying that being 24 should absolve him of any wrong-doing because he didn't know any better. His whole 'I was 24' argument is not an excuse, it's a reason. An answer to the question 'why?' But at no point in his explanation did he attempt to escape consequence. THAT is the difference between taking responsibility, and avoiding it.
