anyways, we all get frustrated with service folks when they make silly mistakes - but at the end of the day they are just trying to do a job. for all we know it was the cashiers first day working at a job and she was flustered due to the OP extraordinary level of handsomeness or handsomisity if you will.
Perhaps the previous customer ripped her a new one.
Sometimes when you are "in training" and everything is new, it is hard to remember that 2+2=5......
