And these guys are huge posers. They look bad, but actually are harmless. I do see them possibly growing into a bigger threat in the future when times get tough and the government stops giving them all free rides.

To be clear, I was just texting a friend. There's no number for people to text the police with general questions, although that would be pretty cool.
