well normally Shaw has always gone with staged releases, hit the big cities first then work their way through the rural areas. but nobody is gonna buy a cell phone that stops working once you leave calgary, so they're gonna have a full network up at launch. they might only offer the service to certain residents at launch so as to not overload the network right off the bat, but it won't be like digital phone where some areas have taken years to get hooked up
