Hello

I live in a condo, with 2 separately titled underground parking stalls.

Just wondering if the its possible/what the process is/what it would cost to remove the separate titling off my parking stall(s) and have it be titled with the condo. Also is it cheaper to do both parking stalls together or is there a fee for each, ideally I would like to keep one as separately titled if I decide to sell it.

It really pisses me off that I have to pay for property tax on an underground parking stall when I dont even have the option of parking on the street if I didnt have a stall.
