I'm heading down the Toronto way myself, and found that TekSavvy was a good choice. They're really expanding their Cable Internet service in the greater Toronto area, but have phone and DSL in most areas already. Saw they are going to be offering Cable Internet in Calgary by October too, so it may not only be a choice for the Ontarians in the crowd.

Big thing for me was the change in Car Insurance... same company, got a quote with just changing our address, and my insurance (2 cars) went up $1500/yr. Add to that the $2000+ in extra property insurance, plus more, and it could be a pricey move.
