Anyways, I was hoping CP can provide me with some advice for moving to Toronto and getting set up

The most important things:

1. What's the recommended Internet provider in Toronto? I don't download much, but it helps to have highspeed when on Xbox Live

2. Best way to watch Flames games on TV (Cable vs Satellite TV packages)

3. Scoring tickets to games at the ACC (Flames play Toronto around New Years IIRC)

4. If we're being nomadic, and not moving any furniture, what's the best way to ship our stuff to Toronto. Best way to transport my desktop

any other advice and comments welcome

Thanks!
Congrats. Don't believe a large majority of what you might hear here, but Toronto is an awesome city. Great food and lots to do. Winters suck though.

I'm with Rogers. You'll hear varying opinions on who to go with. You also have Bell and Telus.

NHL Centre Ice. Rogers Super Sports Pack.

Good luck Ha ha. All the games I've been to at the ACC were hook ups from season ticket holders I know in Toronto.

Sorry, no advice here!

Toronto's a great city, so enjoy it. Tons of great food, whether you want something cheap or something more pricey. Little cultural centre pockets like Greektown, Little Italy, Chinatown, Koreatown, so check those out. Summer in Toronto is awesome with tons of festivals every weekend pretty much... Caribana, Taste of Italy, Greekfest, Beerfest, etc.

Try to live near the TTC - very convenient.
