I would never, ever judge a parent who decided that one of these items would be a good idea for their family. To this day my son still giggles and gives his monkey backpack a hug when he sees it.

Ok fair enough. I would never judge or call someone a bad parent because they're using a leash. I'm just saying I personally would not use it, and if I was a kid, I also wouldn't want on me.
Anyway, on topic though, horrible accident.
Wouldn't wish on anyone, no parent should bury their child, especially a three year old. My condolonces.
