pretty much an ignorant comment. It's like you think leashing a child means putting collar around the neck.... It's just a backpack the kid wears which basically has a tether.
If you take your kids to the mall or wherever, at some point they will be tired of being carried or being in a stroller/wagon or whatever. They just want to get out and run. The leash backpack just allows his/her running to be somewhat controlled and can be a life saver. You can't always have your eyes on your little one and any parent who says they can - well then you should go talk to Chris Angel cause you'd be a magician.
