Are we talking about the Portugal that barely qualified through the playoff system after losing their group to Denmark? The Portugal that dominated the Greeks in 2004? The dominant Portugal that drew Estonia and recently the powerhouse Cape Verde?
Dont let 1 game fool you, Portugal have been a pretty weak team for a while now, even after nationalizing a few Brazilians to shore up the weaknesses. Sorry man, just a wacky statement, if you cant win your group you're no 'European Powerhouse.'
