I don't have 4.0 yet and am quite excited to load it. Playlist creation is big one for me. I've cursed the on-the-go playlist countless times. Also folders ... thank god for folders. My only concern is the amount of disdain I'll have for my iPad once I can't switch from app to app quickly.
