I tried to search for it for about half an hour but I can't find it. It talked about how all these vendors had such a hard time getting on the official list. It went on to explain how FIFA jacked up all the prices for the official hotels and stuff and that FIFA was pretty much screwing all the tourists and taking a cut of the profits. I read it last week at work but there are so many articles each day I could search for it for hours and not find it. I definitely read it from a link on Goole news.
