Just to note, from what I've been reading, WestJet still plans to offer seat sales...

So far the reaction seems to be "Why are you taking away sales? I like sales!" and "Price for the fare I'm looking at hasn't dropped 25% !" (even though the release states that the *average* is 25%, some more, some less)
