Given that in the Agreed Upon Statement of Facts for the trial, the father and brother both arrived in Canada after appealing for -- and subsequently receiving -- refugee status, a revocation of said status, Canadian citizenship, and a deportation back to Pakistan is a fair punishment.
There HAD to be a reason why he would've sought refugee status to get into Canada. I say, take it away.
OR...
Stand them naked in separate rooms, bind their hands together, and either
a) Let loose a bunch of pigs into the room , or
b) Purchase a bunch of slaughtered pigs, and pelt them with the gore.
Unfortunately, that would constitute Cruel and Unusual punishment.
