They should do what they do for Europe, but do it here in N.America too.
Put a countryman on the cover (in Sweden it is always a Swede, same with Finland, Germany, etc.).
Put Crosby with his awesome expression when he scored on the cover (The Beast Mode picture). And put Miller on the American cover (which he deserves).
