These pressers should be for the hardcore fans more so than the Kinect. Those are the ones actually paying attention.

The important people paying attention are major non-gaming media. E3 is about the only time that mainstream media is paying attention to gaming and the Big 3 are responding with their conferences accordingly. These press conferences aren't just for the hardcore gamer anymore.
