I live in the northwest near the park across from confederation golf course. I drive down 19th street almost everyday to work. Has anyone else seen this man who dances right beside the road all the time with his headphones on and some type of sticks? Not to judge the guy but I do want to know what he's doing. Plus it's weird enough to be distracting for drivers
