I'm pretty sure that it means that the term "automobile" in that pamphlet includes a new car so long as:

1. You aren't in the business of selling cars;
2. You notify the insurance company within 14 days of delivery;
3. You have no other insurance for the new car; and
4. The new car replaces the car for which the insurance was originally obtained, or
5. You have coverage with the insurance company for all vehicles you own and you've paid all your premiums.
