Yeah, I've got both "Beat Them In The Alley" and "Fire on Ice".
As a few people have already mentioned, there were suppoded to be 5, but I'm pretty sure the lockout in '94 meant there was no print that year. I wasn't aware they did 2 more after the fact, so I thought they stopped at 2, but I guess not.
