Huh?? That doesn't make a lot of sense. I thought it was last defender. Why does the keeper matter?? If what you're saying is true, why wouldn't the keeper come off his line all time for plays like that??
There was a man on the goal line, that puts the Mexican foward onside. That's the way I have always known the rule.
