I guess I mean the whole system in general. It can take 45 minutes (on a bus) to get from Richmond Road/17th to City Hall station in the morning. You can walk that fast (going east, down the hill).

Funny thing -- just tonight I saw a bit on the local news about new train cars that have a single row of seats running along the outside walls, facing in, opening up a lot more space for people to stand up. That is a good start.

Seems to me that "rush hour" is too short. Trains going into the barns at 8:30 (in the south) when there are still plenty of people going to work bugs me. At the other end of the day, the number of buses moving people are roughly equal to the ones that are "Not in service", and this is at 5:30pm.

Eight, nine years ago, the trains were like clockwork. You never had to watch one go by because there wasn't room on it. I understand that there are more people here now, but that doesn't seem to have been taken into account.
