I should have to watch where I go to accomodate to smokers? That's crap. Why should I have to take in second hand at the bar because it's overly friendly to smokers. I enjoy going to many places where smoking is allowed.
The smokers there are killing both themselves and me, and I'm the one who should have to change my lifestyle?
Did you read my post, or just hit reply?
As I stated already, I wrote that health care ommision bit out of frustration and don't actually want it happen.
YES, I want universal health care.
And once again you have drawn up a number of examples of accidents, which do not equate to intentionally hurting yourself (and others) by smoking.
Shinny, driving, and typing are not deadly by design, but only in excess or by chance.
Can you give an example of a single other activity, which is damaging in all forms?

"Why should I have to change my lifestyle"?
Why should they? If you don't like it, stay away. I know plenty of people who won't go into a smoky bar because they don't want to be in a smoky bar and they manage to get through life. They go somewhere else. So do I.
Like I said, 99% of the city is smokefree. That's not good enough? You'll be getting your wish though.
As for accidents -- being a bad driver is not an accident. Needlessly polluting with your Ford Exhibition is not an accident. Carpal-Tunnal is not an accident.
