Well back from the show at Rexal and overall it was pretty good.

Seether opened and I did not like them to begin with but now my hatred has grown tremendously. The band covered a Pantera and Nirvana tune. Where on earth to they get the balls to do something like that. Kurt and Dime would be rolling around in their graves if the only heard the horrid covers this band did.

Audioslave tunes were ok but I am not a huge fan of them but man did they cover some great tracks from their former bands. For the soundgardens fans going tomorrow they played Spoonman, Blow out the outside World, Black Hole Sun, Outshined and one more but my minds a fog right now. The last three were done by only Chris on the acoustic but he did a great job filling the void of the soundgarden band members, it was soft but damn good. The RATM songs were also great to hear they began with an instrumental of “bulls on parade” were Morrelo made magic with his guitar (there is no one like him today), that lead to “sleep now in the fire”, they also did “killing in the name”, and Testify.

The covers were done real well and you guys are in for a treat tomorrow. No Temple of the Dog cover which I was really hoping for but overall the show was really really good…well the covers were.
