We have sent #29 to the Flyers in exchange for Nikolai Zherdev.

The conditions attached boil down to this: If Zherdev does not return to the NHL by December 31, the Devils receive their 2011 2nd from the Flyers as compensation.

Lots of potential reward here for us with little risk.
