You wouldn't say "Help I win..." and the addition of your Dad to the sentence doesn't change that.

I am actually aware of that. The problem is, commonly, people understand that "and I" is grammatically correct. So if you say "and me", it does not sound right to most people, even though it may be.
But my dad and I think I have done good on this.
