If you know anything about wiring etc you can do it yourself. If you want a kit Hamsar sells DRL kits, for 86 bucks shipped you could get one for your car(still requires some wiring knowledge).

Most shops are going to be the same 300+ range though because they charge 100+ bucks per hour of work and likely charge a couple hours labour. Maybe you have a friend that could do it or family mechanic or something that could do it for cheaper though.
