British Airways and British Telecom (BT) are the two big ones for me. Outside of Telus, I don't think I've dealt with a worse service provider than BT. Switched to SKY a few years ago and now we field at least one phone call per month from BT asking if we would come back to them. Even had one person get angry with me over the reasons why we left.
BA is a joke of a company these days. High ticket prices, poor service, the monopoly of new terminals at LHR and the union problems makes me cringe at the thought of flying BA. Plus, over the past 5 years, an average of 1 in 4 people had luggage problems with BA. Nice record.
In Canada it was Telus (obvious reasons), Safeway (joke of a company, poor business plan and miserable service), and Rexall (YUK!).
