General principle of stir-fry.

- Marinate meat
- Stir fry vegetables until about 70% cooked then remove from heat
- Stir fry meat until about 70% cooked
- Add vegetables to meat
- Finish up by adjusting the flavor and if there needs to be a sauce, use cornstarch mixed with water
