All of it. As Thor said, the hot dog is great, and the condiments are fantastic. (there's only one way to order it: with everything)
The bun is the only thing that isn't
all that special. It's just a hot dog bun, though it's maybe a little different from what you'd find in Canada.
This is my challenge to anyone visiting Iceland. Have one on your first day there. I challenge you to not have another one before you leave. I guarantee you can't do it.
Also, they're really cheap relative to Icelandic food.
