Hot yoga is actually better as the increased temperature will increase blood flow which increases the amount of nutrients being delivered to your muscles, which can help with a common problem all hockey players have. Lactic acid buildup. In other words, the 'burn.'

I would suggest contrast showers after you're done for total pure epic win.

Trust me, you'll love it.
