I was thinking more of his performances against the Chelsea's, Arsenals and Man City's of the world in the last month of the season, all Spurs wins
Tevez, Van Persie, Drogba, Adebayor, Anelka
not exactly slouches
I don't get why every time it is even mentioned that a Spurs player is not horrible you have to come in and say its spurs love. They have good players (lots of whom are English) and they had a very good season. King has been in better form than Ferdinand this year, also better than Terry, its not homerish to state that. King played more games than Ferdinand this year as well.
It's not like anyone is saying Jenas and Danny Rose deserve spots on the team, Ledley King has always been considered world class and just held back by his knee which the Spurs trainer (who Fabio enlisted to work with Ledley for England) seems to have come up with a good program for to make him able to play.
