I don't see what the 20 year olds did that was that dumb. Basically all U-turns are illegal, but you still have to make them from time to time. If some guy hit my car just because he was upset at my minor traffic violation, damn right I'd get out. And if he was about to use a hammer on me I hope my friends would back me up and kick his ass (but they probably wouldn't
