Like I said before, it has been brought up to building management by multiple people. There are other PAID handicapped locations, The only one on the street is controlled by the city. I am not stalking this person. I don't talk to this person, I don't work with this person, I don't care about this person. I only care about the general public who need to use the handicap spot.

I actually find it quite interesting. I bring up an issue where legitimate handicapped people cannot use a handicap spot and have difficulty obtaining government service because a government employee is abusing the handicap spot, and the majority of people think that I am being a nosey, ignorant crotchety old man who is unsympathetic to the needs of disabled people.

As a VP of my union I strive for the exceptance, equality and protection of people who require accommodation and this people does not fit into that scope. The government is trying to get rid of the fully paid for disabled parking for its employees. I along with the rest of the union am fighting against that stance. But what I will not accept is a government employee taking advantage of the average person just because they are a public servant. You can think I am some dick head but maybe you want to talk to the dude who can't make it in to the building to get his disability cheque because a government employee is parking in his spot.
