Short answer. Yes. Long answer, each side has their story as to what happened and her rights and ability to be compensated if she was harmed should be protected and furthered (ugh, that hurt).

If you check out the firm profile, it's not wonder they take on anything and everything - look at the number of support staff they have!

Jeebus. It's like a 3:1 ratio of people who cost the firm money v. those that make money. What's the difference between a "law clerk" and a "legal assistant" at that firm anyways?
