Soooo question. Usually as part of my fitness schedule I get cardio in by either using the stationary bike for 30 minutes, or elipical.

I just found out today, that I have done severe damage to both of my knees, part of it from playing ball hockey on concrete (Sorry guys), part is just cumulative damage over the year.

Its been recommended to me that I apply no strain to my knees for the next 6 weeks, with the possibility of being scheduled to get my knees cleaned up.

Any suggestions for no leg cardio work, and don't suggest swimming, it seems like the pool is never working at my gym.
