All auto glass is made from tempered? wrong. All windshields and some rear windows in higher end cars are made from laminated glass.
Also, I never said that the sole reason was for EMS to break glass in an event of an emergency. I clearly said "one of the main reasons". Maybe you should carefully read posts, before you accuse someone of being wrong.
