I think a lot of those are a stretch, although Nirvana and The Damned are pretty similar, as are the Metallica and and Pearl Jam ones.
Some of them are just using similar tuning or timing. Rock music is not the most complicated genre and after some 60 years, a lot of it is bound to be repeated.
