Just made this one last night.

2.5 cups of oatmeal, two scoops of chocolate protien powder, 16 egg whites, stir together, fry like pancake.

breakfast for about three days.

MMMMmmm

I slept in for an exam today, grabbed a big one, ate it in the car, it was delicious, filling, healthy... Warmed it up for :15 in the micro first and was there only 15 min late
