If you haven't done a lot of physical exercise in a while, start slowly, and set a goal for yourself to work towards.
Diet is totally manageable, but it really isn't that hard, I don't eat incredible by any stretch of the imagination, but I do try to have several servings of greens and fruits a day.
I guess what I'm saying is the quick fix isn't the answer. The way to really get your body happy is to work your way towards an overall healthy lifestyle. Quick fixes rarely work, and often times can cause more trouble than they are worth.

I play hockey once a week and thats about all the exercise I do, but I cant just run without a purpose(if that makes sense)
I need to be playing a sport to feel motivated to get any exercise. My diet consists of Mcdonalds, Wendy's and any other fast food joint you can think of. I hardly drink any water, maybe a cup a day. So yah I'm pretty unhealthy.
