Thats why I mentioned a mild laxative, a natural mild laxative will not come close to causeing dehydration. They are just bowel cleanser and they don't make you run to the can every 5 minutes. all these so called detox kits have them they just rename them and jack the price 10 fold.

BTW, never heard someone refer to poop as a toxin before!
