The moral of the story is:
1. Don't waste your money on detoxifications.
2. Eat tons of soluble (dietary) fibre in your diet. That stuff is the real liquid plumber of your body.
3. Drink plenty of fluids.
4. Exercise (if you exercise streneously enough to lose a lot of salt through your sweat, make sure to replenish your electrolytes).
5. Eat well (fruits/veggies & fish/nut oils). Watch your sodium and sugar intake as not to damage your kidneys/liver or cause insulin spikes.
