Just a dumb idea in Saskatchewan.

Tens of thousands of coyotes are killed every year in Saskatchewan, it just hasn't been reported until now.
It's not like families from urban areas are making day trips out to the country, guns in hand, and hunting coyotes. The people who were killing the coyotes in the past are the very same people who killed them last year, only difference being that the paws were turned in rather than left in the field/ditch.
