What it boils down to is this, when you have to walk from
a warm place to another warm place the humidity "chills" you quicker in a higher humidity environment.
Until you actually spend a significant amount of time outside, you do not understand what -30 is like. I worked outside in cold weather in the early 80s and I won't forget that ever, and I live in the north where -40 and ice fog is not uncommon. Frostbite in Vancouver hehehe
