Take Software DVD back to store for refund.
They won't take it back because it's been opened, saying "you now own it."
So, make up your mind, do I own it or not?

All the user agreements are available online or by request via mail. The store has no obligation to refund you even though you didn't agree with the manufacturer's user agreement. You still made a retail purchase from their store, wether it turns out to be digital media or a box with a plastic disc in it.
