If you like to BBQ hamburgers. mix either a shot of Vodka or a shot or dark spiced rum to the BBQ and apply liberally. It adds a whole other flavor to the meat.
Tequilla works well, as well
I like to soak a steak in beer and BBQ sauce and spices for 12 hours before I toss them on the fire.
And only use charcoil. It tastes better with a natural instead of a gas fire.
