I'm terrible for not eating breakfast - I too, don't care to eat first thing in the morning. But when I do get my act together, I like to buy a tub of Liberte yogurt (flavoured, I like the berry ones), take it to work and eat about 1/4-1/3 of the tub mixed with a fibre-rich cereal like Kashi or granola. By the time I eat at work I've been up for about an hour and can handle a bit more food, but it's not "rock in your gut" breakfast food like some stuff. I then try to have some fruit mid-morning.
Of course, that's my best case scenario. This morning I had a meatless egg mcmuffin from Mc D's.

Not the greatest breakfast by far.
