I was watching a British reality show yesterday called ‘Bizarre ER’. The show is filmed in the emergency rooms of British hospitals and chronicles unusual and grotesque injuries. They had a segment on a motorcyclist who rear-ended a truck. As he slid forward on his bike, he slammed his left testicle into the gas tank. As the doctor began to examine the damaged nut (and I cringed, one eye open), I noticed that the injured English dude was wearing a Vancouver Canucks t-shirt. For a while they thought he may lose his ball. Couldn’t help but think that karma’s a bitch. Then I thought of the “Swedish Twins” commercial and what life might be like as a Sedin eunuch.
